I am an Associate Professor of Arabic Language and Arabic Literature at the University of Gothenburg. My research and teaching interests span Arabic literature, Arabic as a second language, media and communication, and digital content creation. I hold a Ph.D. in Arabic Literature from Cairo University (2014) and a Master’s degree in Media and Communication Studies from Malmö University (2023). I have taught and conducted research at the University of Gothenburg, Columbia, Lund, Malmö, and Hadhramout Universities, as well as MESA Global Academy.
