Applying narrative in modern Arabic poetry (Arabic)

This study aims to scrutinize Al-Baradouni’s poetic texts as a paradigm for contemporary Arabic poetry, intending to unveil the instances of narrative utilization within these works. This objective is pursued through meticulous observation and analysis of the narrative structures inherent in the selected models/texts that exemplify narrative application in poetic composition. This is achieved by adhering to the prevalent mechanism that endows a text with readability and conformity to the requisites of modern narrative theories capable of elucidating such utilization. Employing a set of critical procedural tools and a consistent terminological framework employed in the broader domain of narratives, this study has progressively integrated these tools over successive stages. The aim is to establish a robust methodology capable of comprehensively examining narratives, encompassing all constituent elements, influencing factors, and techniques. Consequently, this methodology facilitates the identification and examination of distinct formations within narratives, each manifesting in unique configurations that vary from one text to another.
